DO WORK THAT MATTERS
CommSec Adviser Services (CAS) operates the direct share trading platforms of some of the most successful retail and adviser wealth brands. By outsourcing trading services to CAS, these brands can build on the economies of scale our service offers, while avoiding the usual costs associated with establishing and managing a share trading business.
The CAS Services team is responsible for the account and relationship management of financial intermediaries including financial advisers, brokers, accountants and financial institutions offering trading, gearing, cash and portfolio services to Australian investors.

Playing a pivotal leadership role within CommSec, you will be responsible for maximising customer and adviser satisfaction through the Adviser Services channels ensuring an industry leading level of service and relationship management is offered by the team.
As this role forms part of the CAS leadership team, there is a significant level of project sponsorship and involvement, looking to optimise adviser experiences through the CAS channel.
