Thrive from 9-5 (and beyond!) Our online health and wellbeing portal is available 24/7 to help our people take care of their physical and mental health. Resources cover a huge range of topics like dealing with stress, taking care of emotional health, parenting and much more.
Gender-neutral parental leave
Having a baby? Congrats! Our comprehensive, gender-neutral support options are designed by parents to ensure all caregivers are supported in the moments that matter. Whether you’re an experienced working parent, or starting your family, our approach is designed to assist you in managing family responsibilities, and your wellbeing. While on parental leave, you will have peace of mind on your financial future as we pay superannuation to primary carers for up to 52 weeks. Once you’re ready to come back to work we offer a financial payment on return-to-work, to assist with ongoing caring expenses.
Childcare, family care and pet care
Finding childcare or care for your pets can be super stressful, and we’ve got you covered. You will have priority access to a number of long-day childcare centres for kids aged 0-6 years in our select corporate childcare centres across the Sydney CBD and South Eveleigh precinct. Did we mention our concierge services can help find the right care for any member of your family, whether they have two or four legs!
