Accounting Manager

• The primary responsibilities of this Accounting Manager will be:

• • Optimizing finance function
  • Designing customized solutions for CFO organizations
  • Driving synergies between client organization and offshore teams
  • Leading Operating model transformation
  • Leading Digital Finance transformation
  • Client management
  • Provide professional expertise and direction to client and Accenture team and act as the focal point for key project initiatives.

• This role requires considerable liaison with multiple functions, to ensure outcomes are achieved and change is coordinated. In addition, a strong working relationship with offshore teams is needed to enable smooth production of new/enhanced solutions.

• • Strong Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience required
  • FP&A Experience to include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis of revenue, working capital, gross margin & SG&A, pricing, and predictive reporting
  • Experience with leading teams onshore and offshore
  • Experience in database development and report creation (preferred).
  • Experience within the information delivery environment with a working knowledge of information delivery systems and processes
  • Understanding of financial reporting / management reporting and business intelligence. Management Accounting and Reporting – Delivery of various reporting containing Financial and Management Information sourced from multiple systems / platforms

• Experience:

• • CA/ MBA/CFA/CMA preferred with high degree of proficiency in usage of SAP, Oracle, SQL Server). Candidates with Reporting. Certification and Experience is preferred. Experience in Client Interfacing role as well as team handling role would be an added advantage.
