Job Specification:
1. Leading the Industry
Drive a sense of community, ONE Accenture and client-first mindset for all Marketing & Communications professionals within the Client Groups .
- Serve as the M&C lead to work with the GM Industry Lead, and his leadership Team to define M&C Industry priorities for the Market.
- Responsible for influencing and informing the global industry network M&C agenda to contribute to growing the GM strategic priorities.
- Participate in the M &C Integrated Planning Process, ensuring the GM Industry business strategies are informing and helping to shape the Service and Market contributions.
- Serve as a member of the GM Marketing & Communications leadership team, contributing to and executing the overall GM Market marketing strategy and collaborating with the other Market Unit Marketing & Communications leads to lead programs and to share best practices.
2.Client Experience & Sales Enablement
- Be the champion of the client experience – building skills, leading best practices and helping ensure we are creating the best experiences for our priority clients focusing on the last mile
- Collaborate with the Industry Lead and leadership team to define and develop a M &C strategy that enables growth of wallet share and expanded footprint in priority industries.
- Understand and champion the Market industry business priorities with the GM M&C Leadership team and Accenture Service M&C teams to ensure the assets and campaigns developed are informed and influenced by the industry business priorities.
- Work with the different Client Group leads in the MU and partner with the Sales Integration & Campaigns lead to shape and develop the campaigns, content, and events coming to market.
- Create client experiences that spark engaging and unique conversations with our priority clients by leveraging and tailoring priority campaigns and thought leadership specific to industries and industry segments.
- Work with delivery excellence to measure and optimize client engagements with discipline that leads to continuous improvement, deep insights on client behaviors and affinities and strong correlations to sales pipeline development.
3. Executive Communications and Positioning
- Build the profiles of our key industry leaders as thought leaders within the region by leveraging media relations opportunities as well as social media, digital, and face-to-face and speaking opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with industry and Services marketing; media and analyst relations; talent brand and internal communications leads across all parts of Accenture
- Collaborate with the GM People & Executive Communications team
Skills & Work Experience
- Be accountable for the delivery of industry differentiated and highly engaging Marketing & Communications programs for Accenture in Growth Markets, particularly for our priority industries in our growth campaigns
- Be the champion of the GM Market industry business strategies to inform and influence Service, Enterprise and industry campaigns.
- Embed a client-first mindset in everything we do
Other Requirements:
- The GM Marketing & Communications Industry Leader is responsible for driving industry differentiation and growing the business in Growth Markets including designing, developing and ensuring the execution of an integrated M&C strategy and approach for the prioritized industries.
- To achieve this, the individual will work with the global Industry and Market Unit Client Group M&C leads to position Accenture as an industry leader as well as building consideration for our capabilities across key target clients, with a keen focus on the growth campaigns.
