Qualifications
The Security Lead / Assurance SME will have demonstrated experience and comprehensive knowledge of key security process and controls required for large transformational IT program.
Technical Skill Requirements
Strong background in the information and cyber security domain within international financial services organisations
Professional auditors or experienced information/cyber security professional with deep subject matter expertise/knowledge
Experience of enterprise security architecture and information/cyber security concepts for Australian Federal Government and Financial Industry
Deep expertise in two of the following IT Security domains, and a broad knowledge of all other IT Security domains:
Infrastructure/Cloud Security
Identify and Access Management
Application Security
Data Protection
Vulnerability Management (application security; infrastructure security; and configuration compliance monitoring)
Security monitoring and response
Security Operations
Up to date with key regulation / developments in Information and Cyber Security Management Framework (including Technology Risk Management)
Excellent organisation and leadership skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and effectively prioritise
Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Highly effective oral and written communication skills, with an ability to influence and to gain the respect of senior stakeholders and peers
Ability to articulate development, operational and technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to express complex technical concepts, issues and ideas into various media; proposals, white papers, presentations and architecture designs
Knowledge of and experience of Technical Architecture and Systems Integration, including Web Services, API Gateway, Integration Platform and Secure Internet Gateway
Experience in the design/build of enterprise-level application and/or infrastructure security architecture
Experience with Access Control, Provisioning and/or Identity Governance
Understanding of multi-factor authentication mechanisms such as certificates, biometrics etc. and support technologies such as PKI
Understanding of Information Systems Security Policy planning, design and implementation
Systems architecture and business architecture design skills
Business and Technical Risk Assessment including penetration testing
Knowledge of Security technology such as Infrastructure security technologies
Security operations and Information systems audit and compliance experience
Australian citizenship is required
