About the role
Our SIAM Incident manager will play a critical role for a new State government customer. Ensuring the Incident management capability is mature and effective. This role is about ensuring Incident management activities are defined, implemented and managed holistically across the environment, allowing our customer to work effectively and without prolonged interruption.
- Be committed to working as part of a bigger team, SIAM environments are complicated and require everyone to play their part.
- Work openly and authentically with SIAM teams and other Service providers, understand providers goals and challenges.
- Act as the single point of contact for Major Incident communications, across an array of recipients - including customer, service provider and wider organisation teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers and stakeholders to ensure effective incident management engagement and participation.
- Review end-to-end Incident management tickets, identify gaps or non-conformance with customer Incident management processes and policies
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a SIAM end-to-end Service management environment.
- 1+ years of experience in developing and implementing Incident and Major Incident Management processes
- Extensive experience developing & sustaining constructive relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, & industry representatives
- Led initiatives focused on end-user experience within ITSM services and support
- Proven track record of successfully monitoring and governing end-to-end Incident management environments
