About the role

The role exists to spearhead AC3’s efforts to help our customers solve their business problems by leveraging AC3’s suite of products and services.

You will be responsible for orchestrating the ongoing management of AC3’s business relationship with our customers and ensuring we continue to respond to their needs in a concise, timely and innovative
manner. In doing so, maintaining and growing the footprint of AC3 products and services in your assigned Accounts.
  • Possess deep knowledge of AC3 business product offerings and value proposition
  • Support sales cadence process to encourage and reinforce group commitment of quality customer service, ensuring long term strategic customer relationships that exceed customers’
    expectations
  • Contribute to strategies that enhances the sales team ability to deliver annual revenue & GP targets
  • Identify and maximise business opportunities for existing and new customers
  • Seek out new business and prepare proposal and quotations within existing customer portfolio in response to customer needs
  • Manage and co-ordinate tender processes
Essential experience
  • 5+ years successful sales experience in a complex technology sales environment, including solution sales, developing, managing, and maintaining an existing customer base, and meeting allocated revenue and sales targets
  • Advanced understanding of the IT market and our competitors
  • Strong relationship-management and teamwork skills, working with a broad cross-section of stakeholders including customers, suppliers, technical experts and industry leaders
  • Strong IT product knowledge, especially Tier 1 and strong understanding of IT solutions
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with all stakeholders
  • Effective negotiation and problem resolution skills to achieve win/win situation
