About the role
Our Technical Account Managers are subject matter experts and trusted advisors, helping customers to realise the potential of technology. To ensure our customers always receive the highest standard of support they love and expect, in this role you’ll be the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal teams for customer environments.
You will act as the technical subject matter expert for customers, both within AC3 and internal projects whilst providing expert guidance on where AC3 services can assist customers to achieve business outcomes. You will work closely with all technical teams to ensure AC3 delivers excellent service levels to our customers.

You will work closely with all technical teams to ensure AC3 delivers excellent service levels to our customers.
- Serve as a primary technical authority, possessing deep knowledge and expertise in our products, services, and industry trends
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance to customers and internal teams on technical matters
- Work with AC3 Operations teams to assist with advanced technical support and providing troubleshooting tips to helping them overcome complex technical issues and ensuring timely resolutions
- Provide expert level consultancy on strategic product or solution areas
- Contribute to AC3 Well Architected reviews of customer environments
- Experience working with large complex Government environments is mandatory for this role
- 5+ years experience as a Systems Administrator (Windows and/or Unix)
- 5+ years experience working with VMware, AWS and/or Azure
- Experience in a customer facing consulting or consultative role with strong technical presence and confidence
- Experience in taking business challenges and translating them into suitable services or technical solutions.
- Experience in interfacing with a wide variety of people and roles, and confidently interact with senior business and technical personnel.
- Experience working in a hybrid cloud environment, across mode 1 and mode 2 consulting and delivery.
- Proven experience in having lead technology service improvement as well as cost optimisation
- Experience using Service Management tools, preferably ServiceNow
- $140,000 Base + Super + Bonus + Allowances + Benefits
