About the role

Joining an energetic high performing Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you'll work very closely with our CEO and ensure the "ship" is protected, healthy, and heading in the right direction.

The span of control crosses multiple geographies and a number of P&Ls. This role has high business visibility, involvement and impact.
You’ll be working particularly closely with our Customers and the Sales Team to provide value and an exceptional experience to our customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, decision makers, and influencers, to drive customer and partner satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Ensuring we are always delivering the service we promised, taking away the worry, overhead and risk of running “IT” so our customers can focus on their business
  • Develop and execute business plans and strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
  • Utilize data driven insights to make informed decisions and drive operational excellence
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective go to market strategies
  • Assist in the development and execution of the company strategy and budgets

Skills & experience
  • 10+ years’ experience at a senior level managing multiple business functions
  • Experience working at an MSP/Systems Integrator servicing Enterprise and Government clients
  • Demonstrated experience with P&L/financial management for business unit or business ($50m+ revenue)
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic and operational plans
  • Experience in developing and leading organisational change initiatives
  • Experience with M&A’s, including evaluation and integration work
  • $190,000 Base + Super + Bonus + Allowances + Benefits
