As aCustomerAI Product Owner, you will:
Establish the strategic direction forAI-driven customer solutions aligned withclientobjectivesand evolving market trends.
Translate business needs into AI product requirements and prioritise featuresand shape the roadmapto ensuretimelyand quality delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and act ascentral pointbetweenbusiness units, technology teams, and external partnerstoensure seamless execution.
Document and communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and clients.
Integrate ethical AI principles and compliance standards into product design and deployment.
Monitor performance and drive Continuous Improvement with KPI performance tracking, data-driveninsightsandfeatures iterations onevolving customer needs
Drive consulting excellence and strategic programme leadership, own client relationships, serve as a strategic partner, ensuring client needs are met

Qualifications
Desirable skills, qualifications, and experience:
B.Sc./B.Eng./M.Sc./M.Eng./PhD degree(s) inBusiness,Marketing, Commerce, Data Science,or related field.
Proven experience as aProductOwner, defining the product strategy, roadmap and leading a cross-expertise team to deliver AI products or data products.
Experience withML, AI, Generative AI, or data-drivenproducts and strong understanding ofdifferent AI systems, cloud integration and microservices architecture.
Expertiseinaligning cross-functionalteams and managing products,leveragingData & AI capabilities, exceptional stakeholdermanagementand communication skills.
Shownexpertisein articulating technical concepts and analysis to non-technical business leadersand driving adoption of AIsolutions.
Advancedproficiencyinproduct management methodologies(e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Strong knowledge of cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMakerand Bedrock, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce Einstein...).
Shown experiencewith customer experience platforms, marketing,CRMor CDPsystems.

Practical exposure to deploying AI products– specifically Generative AI or Agentic AI approaches, understanding of CI/CD,monitoringand lifecycle management.
Knowledge of recommendation engines, predictive analytics
