What you’ll do
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our DevOps team by automating and streamlining the CI/CD processes. You will work closely with senior engineers to learn and apply industry best practices in Application CI/CD, Container Orchestration, and Infrastructure as code (IaC).
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, AWS CDK, and Ansible
- Deploy and operate containerised workloads on Kubernetes
- Assist in the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
- Integrate security scanning and testing tools into CI/CD pipelines
- Use Git-based workflows to manage infrastructure and pipeline code
- Use PowerShell and Bash to automate routine tasks
- Troubleshoot issues across pipelines, infrastructure, and deployments
- Stay up-to-date with DevOps trends and technologies
Qualifications
Here’s what you need
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
- Experience deploying and operating workloads on Kubernetes
- Experience creating and managing cloud infrastructure with IaC (AWS CDK and Terraform)
- Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
