About the role
We are seeking a new talent to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on a large-scale transformation program within a leading organisation in the travel industry.
As aTest Stream Manager, you will play a key delivery role supporting theend-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of testingacross a major program.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experiencedTest Lead or emerging Test Managerto step into a broader leadership role, working across complex systems and integrated environments.
Key responsibilities
Support and drive thetest planning, coordination, and executionfor a defined testing stream
Work closely with senior test leadership to deliverend-to-end testing outcomes
Lead and coordinate cross-functionalteams across locations
Managedefects, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution
Contribute totest strategy and ensure alignment with program objectives
Supportrelease readiness activitiesand quality checkpoints
Facilitatedefect triage and testing governance forums
Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure requirements are validated
Track progress and provide clear updates ontesting status, risks, and outcomes
About you
You are a strongTest Lead or Stream Leadlooking to take the next step into a broader Test Management role within a large-scale transformation.
Essential experience
8+ years’ experiencein testing and quality assurance
Proven experience inend-to-end testing delivery(SIT, UAT, integration)
Experience leadingtesting teams or streams within projects/programs
Strong experience indefect management, coordination, and execution oversight
Ability to work acrossmultiple teams and stakeholders
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Industry experience (nice to have)
Exposure totravelindustry or services (e.g. booking systems, customer platforms)
Technical capability
Familiarity with:
Test management tools (e.g.Jira, ALM, Zephyror similar)
Working inintegrated, multi-system environments
Agile or hybriddelivery models
