About the role

Accenture are seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM Solution Architect on an Enterprise class project delivering innovative solutions to enhance customer experience. This Workforce Management (WFM) Architect is a strategic role that will be involved in the overall solution architecture for requirements gathering, design, build, deployment and support of the UKG Pro WFM analytics solution to meet the unique needs of the client organization.

This role requires deep expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management including strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to drive business objectives. Knowledge of new and emerging advancements in the UKG solution with the ability to guide for industry best practices is key success in this role.

Requirements

  • Lead the design and architecture of the UKG Pro WFM solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

  • Be the expert source of advanced-level knowledge across the UKG Dimensions / Pro WFM system and the following modules: Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Leave and/or Attendance

  • Partner with business analysts and various stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and system designs.

  • Drive the creation of detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans and implementation documentation.

  • Design and oversee integration architecture between UKG Pro WFM and upstream/downstream systems (HRIS, Payroll, Data Hub/Analytics)

  • Facilitate workshops directly with functional and technical stakeholders to validate design decisions and resolve complex configuration challenges

  • Provide technical governance over design amendments, assessing impact to solution components, integrations, critical path, and pay outcomes

  • Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance across the project team

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with a combination of UKG Workforce Central and UKG Dimensions/Pro WFM suites, with 12+ years overall WFM consulting experience

  • Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering large-scale, multi-EA UKG Pro WFM implementations in complex, unionised, multi-business environments

  • Deep technical knowledge of pay rules, work rules, hyperfinds, attestation policies, and labour category/activity configuration

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
