About the role:

The role requires to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of HXM solutions within SAP landscape, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP HCM, and data transformation initiatives.

The role is responsible for managing technical delivery, data migration workstreams, application development activities, integration solutions, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership across complex enterprise transformation programs.

Packaged App Development Assoc Manager undertake some or all of the following:

  • Lead SAP HXM, SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and data transformation initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment, maintaining delivery roadmaps, project plans, and implementation strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to enhance HR and payroll applications, reporting, data migration, and integration capabilities to meet evolving business requirements.

  • Ensure assigned SAP applications, interfaces, and data migration solutions operate effectively and meet agreed service and delivery commitments.

  • Organize and prioritize multiple technical, migration, and support activities to ensure timely issue resolution, system stability, and successful project delivery.

  • Ensure development, migration, testing, and application maintenance activities are delivered in accordance with quality, governance, and compliance standards.

  • Provide guidance and support for solution deployments, releases, cutover activities, and production implementation across SAP HXM environments.

  • Assist with delivery planning, effort estimation, resource utilization, and tracking of project actuals against assigned workstreams.

  • Promote risk management, defect prevention, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence practices across project teams

  • Work with business, functional, technical, and data stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable solution specifications

  • Proactively identify, assess, and resolve project, technical, data, and application risks affecting delivery outcomes.

  • Create and maintain technical, operational, migration, and support documentation to facilitate application governance and knowledge transfer.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution designs, migration approaches, integration requirements, and technical specifications

  • Design, develop, and oversee SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ABAP, HR-ABAP, integration, and data migration solutions in accordance with functional and technical standards.

  • Develop and maintain complex system interfaces, technical specifications, conversion objects, and supporting documentation for enterprise transformation programs.

  • Provide primary support for production deployments, release management, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous application improvement activities.
