We're looking for a Junior Producer to join our Sydney team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in advertising, production or a creative agency environmentwho is highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about helping great creative work come to life.
About the Role
Working alongside experienced Producers and partnering with Creative, Business Management and external production partners, you'll support the delivery of integrated campaigns across broadcast, social, digital, print and radio.
You'll help manage timelines, estimates and invoicing, production logistics, completion reports, talent and music usage rollovers, and the many moving parts required to bring creative ideas from brief through to delivery.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in advertising production while gaining exposure to some of the industry's leading talent, clients and campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Support Producers across projects from initial brief and scoping through to final delivery.
- Coordinate production schedules, meetings, approvals, deliverables and completion reports.
- Assist with radio production, including studio and recording coordination, scripts, talent bookings and session logistics.
- Maintain talent usage records and support renewals and rollover management through TalentPay.
- Coordinate work across multiple stakeholders including creatives, clients, production partners and suppliers.
- Support shoot, recording and production logistics, including travel, transport, bookings and asset management.
- Build and maintain production trackers, estimates, budgets and status reports.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, reconciliations and production administration.
- Manage TV CAD and TV CAB approvals and broadcast asset dispatches across Australia and New Zealand.
- Explore opportunities to improve workflows through emerging technology and AI tools.
- Support a collaborative, positive and solutions-focused team environment.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years' experience in advertising, production, content, media or a creative agency environment.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- An understanding of advertising production processes and agency workflows.
- Experience supporting broadcast, radio, social, digital or integrated production.
- Exposure to talent coordination, usage terms and rollover management is highly regarded.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with production systems and workflow tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive attitude, calm approach and willingness to learn from experienced production professionals.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and AI-enabled ways of working.
