- Help manage junior and support members of the team, building their media buying capability and supporting their career development.
- Build strong relationships across the media partner market to help bring big ideas to life and drive value for clients.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of media buying experience, with a strong focus on offline media such as TV, radio and out-of-home advertising.
- Proven experience managing media buys and working directly with media partners.
- Experience using SMD.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with media finance processes and reconciliation.
- Proficiency with media buying tools and platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- An ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Skills
