Role Description
As a Product Design, you’llconceptualise, prototype and design innovative screen-based digital experiences that effectively bring to life the values of a brand, deliver on user and business requirements and drive results.
A professional in this position, at this level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Help identify key customerproblem, ideation, testing and designing potential solutions, whilst championing the voice of the customer / user throughout the design process
Envision, design and prototype how the digital experience and interactions translate across multiple devices, from conceptual to detailed design fidelity
Uses a variety of data sources (qualitative andquantative) to inform the design and improvement of digital products and experiences
Plans and run user and usability testing and uses these insights to guide the improvement and evolution of digital products.
Define, maintain and evolve design systems to guide the evolution of a digital product across its entire lifecycle.
Effectively and compellingly presents design artifacts, rationale and their guiding experience principles.
Works with product and engineering to identify user, brand, business and technical drivers to define digital product experience requirements.
Works alongside product and engineering in delivery cycles, to translate user stories and requirements into shippable digital experiences that delight and deliver user and business outcomes, generating detailed wireframes, task flows and user interface solutions
Plan, oversee and finalize all detailed digital product design deliverables (e.g.user flows and journey maps, wireframes, user interface and interactive prototypes, design systems, digital product specifications etc.)
Be an ambassador, attending and helping to plan studio and community events, workshops, and conferences.
Qualifications
These are the minimum requirements for an aspirant to be considered for the position applying to:
5+ years’ experience of Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Designacross varied users, business problems, and devices.
5+years of working and conceptual knowledge of cross platform design within the service experience–e.g.mobileapps, responsiveweb;
3+years experiencecreating, using, and evolving design systems in practice.
5+ years creating experience maps, user journeys, interaction models,userflows, and wireframes.
Highlyadvanced skills and experience inSketch, InVisionand Figma, and otherrapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototypes.
Candidatemust possess a digital design portfolio and include a link to this as part of application
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Knowledge of and experience with applying user-centereddesign processes.
Understanding of areas of specialization within the greater design landscape, including but not limited to Design Research, Visual Design,Interaction Design,Service Designand Content Design
Experience working incross-functionalproduct development squads
