Job Description
Background
Accenture Song is the world’s largest creative agency reimagining business through experience. Made up of world leading brands we enjoy the scale of a global network with the soul of a boutique agency.
The Growth and Business Design team within Accenture Song is growing a phenomenal team of creative designers, strategists, venture architects and product developers around the globe. Locally, the team is looking for strategic and creative thinkers, passionate about creating visionary futures with ambitious c-suites, developing unique value propositions that change the game for consumers, and launching new ventures which redefine markets.
What interests us
We are driven by creating impact and are looking for change makers who share our passion for growth. We are constantly asking ‘where next?’ and design strategies, propositions and businesses that impact the world in a positive and dynamic.
What we do
We work with clients to deliver impactful growth through our “3V” methodology, discovering white space, proving value and rapidly launching and amplifying the venture. Our methodologies are our unique advantage and require world-class individuals to create value utilising them.
The 3 Vs:
- Vision - Design strategic territories and a compelling vision for growth, with the blueprint to realise it
- Value - Rapidly develop and test growth portfolios and value propositions that change the game
- Venture – Incubate, accelerate, and scale new businesses that redefine markets
We work on big questions. We reimagine rather than optimize. We use human-centred design with a creative toolkit to deliver impact. We don’t work in one industry but across all of them, on corporate and on social challenges.
The team
We are successful because of our talented team and their insatiable curiosity. If you are hungry, entrepreneurial and believe in a more innovative future we want to hear from you. You could have a background in design, strategy, ventures, or are just ready to turn your sharp mind to bigger questions. If this sound like you, then reach out.
The Creative Venture Architect Role:
Our Creative Venture Architects must possess the inquisitiveness to seek out uncharted pathways, the creativeness to design a ‘one of a kind’, the tenacity to breakthrough the bureaucracy and the pioneering spirit to lead the change. It takes a lot to build creative businesses from within corporate structures, but our Creative Venture Architects can do it.
As a Creative Venture Architect you will demonstrate those qualities and an ability to lead the venture team through all stages of the methodology from discovery through to commercialisation and scale.
