Job Description
Works cooperatively with the ANZ Technology Lead, AAPAC Tech and ANZ Director of Operations to drive the operational and go-to-market actions required to enable and execute the Technology strategy and priorities in ANZ. Provides operational insight and support to drive business growth.
Responsibilities Include:
Translate Technology Market and Market Unit priorities into a growth strategy plan with specific actions/activities and track progress.
Establish, coordinate, and help manage appropriate ANZ Technology governance and leadership cadence.
Support the day-to-day operations of the ANZ Technology business including definition and development of relevant business metrics and business insights through analytics; leverage specialized teams to deliver actionable results.
Develop and deliver clear executive communication of business results, programs, and strategy to relevant stakeholders, business leaders and employees.
Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on overall communication strategy.
Support / facilitate key internal and external ANZ Technology initiatives (e.g. business reviews, industry analyst relations, go-to-market events/conferences, ecosystem partner engagement, investment planning, community engagement, campaigns & account planning).
Drive adoption of global and market guidelines & initiatives, as appropriate, in alignment with the ANZ Technology growth agenda.
Track and manage Technology performance within the MU – supporting analysis of growth, performance and talent trends to assist in identifying growth actions in coordination with MU and Market leadership.
Provide ad-hoc program management support for new Market or Market Unity Technology initiatives or escalated activities, , including interlock with Client Group and Market teams.
Manage ANZ Technology MD&I budget allocation.
Collaborate with Finance and HR to plan and manage NCC spend in line with plan.
Ensure adherence to corporate and operational policies and manage associated risk (travel spend, etc.)
Skills and Experience:
Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to achieve results and effectively resolve conflicts as they arise
Confidence in working with Managing Directors and Executives
Highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and quickly changing priorities
Excellent project management, analytical and communication skills
Absolute personal integrity, trustworthiness, discretion, and professionalism
Ability to influence without direct authority to drive action at all levels
Proven team management skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Good to have Power BI
