Job Description:

We are seeking a Martech Delivery Lead, who will help define the future state strategy for marketing technology and customer data solutions required to help our clients evolve their data-driven marketing capabilities.

You will drive digital transformation, customer experience and digital marketing operations in rapidly changing sectors like web content management for digital customer experience, marketing automation, social media, ecommerce, and digital marketing platforms.

You will be expected to work closely with senior stakeholders from across the client organization to help identify key gaps in their current state marketing technology and customer data capabilities and co-create the future state blueprint and define a clear implementation roadmap towards target state.

About You:

  • Ensure overall success of complex digital marketing platforms, focusing on the client relationship, financials, project delivery, resourcing, and overall program health

  • Identify and pursue follow-on project opportunities

  • Plan and estimate delivery work, focusing on project milestones, resource planning (both on-shore and off-shore), scope, and budget

  • Manage day to day on-shore and off-shore project teams during the project lifecycle

  • Manage business requirements and project ideation

  • Manage and contribute to solution plan definition

  • Identify, manage, and track key dependencies, issues, and risks

  • Contribute to the business development process by participating in sales calls, assist proposal development efforts and delivering client presentations

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, and business development tools

Here’s What You Need:

  • Expert in full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile

  • Excellent knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies within Digital (including CMS, CXM, Marketing Automation, CDP’s, e-commerce, etc), and proven experience in digital management.

  • Strong background with marketing technologies, business skills and consumer-orientation

  • Experience and ability working with senior marketing executives across organizations to help steer the strategic direction to build the future state of marketing capabilities.

  • Serve as point person in client communications and manage developer/client interactions

  • Provide management and mentoring to team members on project development and client management skills
