Accenture is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Consulting and Transformation Senior Manager to provide full end to end supply chain delivery support for Fortune 500 companies.

What you will be doing:
Have frequent interactions with external customers, co-designing supply chain functions of the future and delivery on the services
Have frequent interaction with team members and customers in the execution of projects that help customers achieve significant value in the form of improved pricing, quality, delivery, supplier performance and other aspects of total cost
Have exposure to all aspects of the supply chain value chain including planning, forecasting, logistics, analysis, sustainability and more
Master deal shaping and offering skills to build footprint in the market
Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to deliver significant results
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Requires knowledge and proficiency in all or most of supply and demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, logistics management and supply chain resilience
Requires setting the strategy and direction of the team to continue to grow supply chain operations in ANZ
Requires the management of pipeline and commercials of Supply Chain Operations practice
Requires remaining up to date with latest supply chain thought leadership
Desired skills and Experiences：
Strong project management and relationship-building skills
Experience and deep understanding of the supply chain function
Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage a team and multiple clients
Good communication and collaboration including some level of technical terminology/ vocabulary specific to the supply chain function
Excellent organization/time management and process compliance
Analysis skills, proficiency with Excel
Adaptable management style to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organisational structures of our clients
Experience in supply chain process delivery
Experience working directly with key stakeholders in business units
Growth mindset
Can work well in cross functional team environments
Approachable management style
