Your role: Data & AI Value Strategy Manager

You will be at the forefront of the industry, you’ll create, own, and make it a reality for clients looking to better serve their connected customers and operate always-on enterprises. 

You will become an integral part of our Applied Intelligence team with the credibility, expertise and insight clients depend on.

  • Work with clients to understand how data and analytics can help their businesses realise value, working across industry sectors (e.g. financial services, resources, telco, retail, health, or public sector industries)

  • Develop compelling data stories through dashboards, analytical tools, or PowerPoint to provide guidance to senior client leadership

  • Create business cases that support ROI decisions in relation to data and analytics capabilities

  • Lead small teams to deliver fast-paced client projects

  • Facilitate client workshops using design thinking practices

  • Bring an analytical mindset to client engagements, supporting delivery of project workstreams

  • Partner with developers, engineers, and data scientists to deploy analytics to deliver business value and define approaches to embed and scale analytics

  • Understand and break down client problems, bringing an understanding of leading technology, analytics methods and tools and operating model approaches

  • Interact with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture including VP, SVP and C-Suite interactions

  • Share your knowledge and experience, verbally and in writing

  • Contribute to practice development to progress the Applied Intelligence value proposition and build a strong community

Set Yourself Apart: Skills & Experience.

  • Direct experience owning or leading a workstream in a project to achieve successful outcomes

  • Business strategy acumen, e.g. business case development, identification of value opportunities for data and analytics, operating model design

  • An understanding of key data and analytics technologies

  • Demonstrated experience in working with cloud technologies e.g. AWS, GCP or Azure

  • 7+ years of experience in data strategy and in analytics-enabled digital transformations.

  • 3+ years in a people management role

  • Prior experience working in a consulting environment or equivalent industry experience
