The Work:
Design and roll out talent & organization strategies
Assist clients to harness the benefits of rapid changes in digital technologies and minimize the effect on their workforce
Work with clients to spot the future relevant skills for their workforce to remain sustainable and adaptable in changing environments
Help clients build agile organizations that will succeed in continuous transformation
Conduct workforce planning using analysis that considers disruptive technology and adaptive sourcing strategies
Help Accenture with business development including proposals and client relationships
Build our T&O practice by helping with developing Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, people development and knowledge management
Here's What You'll Need:
You have experience working in a consulting firm
A minimum of 5 years consulting experience in any of the following areas:
Change Management
HR Transformation and Delivery
Organization Strategy and Design
