The Work:

• Design and roll out talent & organization strategies

• Assist clients to harness the benefits of rapid changes in digital technologies and minimize the effect on their workforce

• Work with clients to spot the future relevant skills for their workforce to remain sustainable and adaptable in changing environments

• Help clients build agile organizations that will succeed in continuous transformation 

• Conduct workforce planning using analysis that considers disruptive technology and adaptive sourcing strategies 

• Help Accenture with business development including proposals and client relationships  

• Build our T&O practice by helping with developing Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, people development and knowledge management

Here's What You'll Need:

• You have experience working in a consulting firm

• A minimum of 5 years consulting experience in any of the following areas:

  • Change Management

  • HR Transformation and Delivery

  • Organization Strategy and Design
