Responsible for supporting onboarding into payroll global and local Ventures and Acquisitions

• Payroll contact for V&A Due Diligence

• Provide impact assessment to GS Lead/PMI on entity approach and cutover timeline

• Coordinate local payroll involvement and input into HR/Payroll solution

• Determine and communicate intended cutover approach and timing

• Coordinate regular meetings with Target Payroll, Accenture Payroll to implement Payroll cutover approach

• Complete impact assessment for all exceptions and seek approval

• Track exceptions for trends to create standard processes

• Attend CDTS PMI calls to provide regular status, risks/issue and decisions needed; understand updates from workstreams impacting payroll

• Track PMI issues for process improvement

• Understand Global Payroll Strategy and solve for future state

• Coordinate with local payroll team, review payroll procedures of off-systems deals, implement oversight and internal controls

• Coordinate with local payroll teams and responsible teams to close any payroll audit findings for off-systems deals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

• 3-5 years Payroll management experience
