Responsible for supporting onboarding into payroll global and local Ventures and Acquisitions
Payroll contact for V&A Due Diligence
Provide impact assessment to GS Lead/PMI on entity approach and cutover timeline
Coordinate local payroll involvement and input into HR/Payroll solution
Determine and communicate intended cutover approach and timing
Coordinate regular meetings with Target Payroll, Accenture Payroll to implement Payroll cutover approach
Complete impact assessment for all exceptions and seek approval
Track exceptions for trends to create standard processes
Attend CDTS PMI calls to provide regular status, risks/issue and decisions needed; understand updates from workstreams impacting payroll
Track PMI issues for process improvement
Understand Global Payroll Strategy and solve for future state
Coordinate with local payroll team, review payroll procedures of off-systems deals, implement oversight and internal controls
Coordinate with local payroll teams and responsible teams to close any payroll audit findings for off-systems deals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
3-5 years Payroll management experience
