Roles & Responsibilities
We seek Expressions Of Interest for upcoming projects across Australia, as such we are accepting applications for all Accenture locations from technically strong GIS/FME specialists to lead and support enterprise spatial solutions.
Core responsibilities include:
Design, configure, troubleshoot, and performance-tune FME (Form & Flow) and develop custom FME workflows for client integrations
Setup, optimize, and maintain enterprise GIS environments (Esri ArcGIS Server/Portal, Hexagon, MapInfo, open-source platforms)
Support internal and client-facing FME environments, providing expert-level guidance across Accenture teams
Maintain and secure cloud-based Esri demo environments, ensuring licensing compliance and platform integrity
Translate spatial business requirements into scalable, high-level technical solutions
Provide consulting on Esri and alternative GIS technologies, collaborating directly with client technical teams
Advise on infrastructure architecture, system sizing, disaster recovery, and security for GIS platforms
Assist with software/hardware planning, procurement, licensing, and maintenance
Contribute to technical documentation, project proposals, user/admin guides, and training materials
Evaluate emerging spatial technologies and advise on their application within client and internal environments
This role involves direct technical engagement, system integration, and solution architecture in complex spatial ecosystems.
