THE WORK: Join us in shaping the future of connectivity! In this role, you will be a subject matter expert, collaborating with various teams to make impactful decisions. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing innovative solutions to challenges that arise. Your expertise in Network Operations & Service Management will be invaluable as you work towards enhancing our network capabilities. You will assess, design and implement complex network architectures that support enterprise and industrial clients across Perth and WA. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to make key decisions, deliver innovative solutions, and lift network capability through best‑practice Network Operations & Service Management. This role is both hands‑on and strategic: you’ll troubleshoot, optimise capacity, and ensure resilient, high‑availability networks that scale with business needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess and designnetwork architecture to meet organisational needs.

  • Plan and implementcomplex network solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

  • Configure and troubleshootnetwork infrastructure, hardware, software, and protocols.

  • Size and managenetwork capacity and plan for future changes.

  • Monitor performanceand resolve issues to ensure optimal uptime.

  • Collaboratewith local and global teams to deliver secure, future‑ready solutions.



HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Demonstrable experience in network engineering or closely related technical roles.

  • Advanced proficiencyin Network Operations & Service Management.

  • Advanced proficiencyin Network Management Patterns & Techniques.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical decisions across teams.

  • Commitment to inclusive, collaborative problem solving and continuous learning.



BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Advanced proficiency in Network Performance Management (NPM).

Experience with SD‑WAN, hybrid cloud connectivity, or network automation.

Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, JNCIS/JNCIP, cloud networking credentials).
