The Project
ACCIONA has been selected to deliver Western Harbour Tunnel - Stage 2, Sydney's third harbour crossing. The new Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) will connect to WestConnex at the Rozelle Interchange, cross underneath Sydney Harbour between Birchgrove and Waverton, and connect with the Warringah Freeway near North Sydney.
Project scope includes:
- Construction of approximately 4.8 kilometres of mainline tunnels with three lanes in each direction
- Civil, Mechanical and Electrical fitout of Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunnels
- Surface level work, including on and off ramps and tie-in work to the Warringah Freeway

Specific Tasks Include
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, vendors, and partners to ensure the company's interests are protected.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewal, amendments, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts, including contract documents, correspondence, and related information.
- Track key contract milestones, such as expiration dates and renewal dates, and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- Responding and resolving any inquiries raised regarding contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in contracts administration in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Quantity surveying background highly regarded.
