ACCIONA was awarded the EPC contract for the first WTE plant of this type in Australia, in Kwinana, worth AU$700 million (€430 million).
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Administrator to join our Kwinana Waste-to-Energy Project team.
About the role/ Opportunity:
The Site Administrator reports to the Project Director, providing that person with confidential and comprehensive administrative support, extending to the wider project delivery team.
Key accountabilities for the position will be:
- Set-up and maintain a project induction register, accurately and completely capturing key project information for uploading into Company system/s
- Support the project team with any requirements.
- Order and distribute project PPE
- Interact with and support the Project team and the wider project delivery team on a daily basis, identifying priorities and level of urgency.
- Prepare confidential documents on behalf of the Project Director and the wider project delivery team.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take, and distribute accurate minutes.
- Prepare and/or coordinate and modify documents including general correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, submissions, and emails.
- Weekly and monthly safety, production, and cost reports
- Maintain Company and project specific filing systems and disciplines, both electronic and hard copy
- Comply with ACCIONA's Code of Conduct
- Comply with and promote other Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Actively participate in the onboarding, probationary review, and annual performance review processes
