About the role
With the continued growth of our NSW operations, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. In this role, you will help deliver the talent acquisition strategy to support the business's growth goals. Reporting to the NSW Senior HR/IR Manager, you will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors with their day-to-day delivery while providing recruitment support.
Working with the AU/NZ Talent Resourcing Manager, your remit will cover the effective utilisation of Workday, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, reduce the reliance on recruitment agencies, and ensure the compliance of all recruitment activities with ACCIONA policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and business leaders.
- Reduce the reliance on recruitment agencies' spend across the business units as directed.
- Oversee all recruitment activities' compliance with the ACCIONA Policies and procedures and relevant legislation and regulations.
- Work with the Regional HR team and Talent Resourcing Manager AU/NZ to provide updated information for Resource planning across the project recruitment needs with 3-6-12 month look ahead.
- Provide support and mentoring to the Talent Acquisition Advisors, providing guidance and direction.
- Suggest improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance recruitment delivery.
Qualifications and experience
- Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in talent acquisition function
- In-depth knowledge of Australian employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong proficiency in recruitment systems and tools, ideally Workday
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
