The Opportunity
ACCIONA is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator with a passion for HR systems to join our Melbourne team. Working alongside the Human Resource Manager Business Partner the Human Resource Coordinator will be heavily involved in the Company's HRIS (Workday) and be responsible for providing support and advice on generalist HR policy & practices as well as offering solutions in accordance with organisational priorities.
As the HR Coordinator you will provide support across the entire workforce and will be crucial in the successful administration and delivery of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and wellbeing programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the HR Business Partner Manager and key stakeholders in the business to provide timely and solutions focused advice and support on all human resources matters.
- Participate in all activities relating to the employee lifecycle, including contract and letter generation, employee onboarding, internal employee transfers, professional development, and offboarding.
- Ensure employee data is accurate and up to date across a range of systems including data entry and maintenance within our HRIS "Workday" as well as other internal systems.
- Preparation of Monthly reporting, visual dashboards and undertake data analysis (strong MS Excel skills will be beneficial)
- Support the delivery and successful implementation of a range of global and local Acciona HR and training initiatives.
About You:
- Previous HR Administration or coordination experience gained in a medium to large organisation.
- HR or relevant degree or qualification preferred.
- MS Office proficient.
- Passionate about supporting employees and stakeholders.
