Lead a dynamic team of approximately 8 system testers and automation experts, both onshore and offshore, as your functional powerhouse.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and E2E testing, ensuring the unwavering reliability and top-tier performance of our software systems.
- Lead the charge in Test Planning, Test Design, and Test Execution, collaborating seamlessly with development teams to craft comprehensive test plans.
- Infuse your retail domain expertise to optimize testing processes and uphold the gold standard in quality assurance.
- Showcase proven prowess in manual and E2E testing within the dynamic realms of both web and mobile digital platforms.
- Drive productivity and quality for both onshore and offshore test teams, while steering the development of an automation suite. About You:
- Proven experience of end to end testing experience including managing a co-shored test team; end to end system testing and automation testing suites
- Knowledge of at least one test automation framework
- Expert level skills in a test management tool (e.g. JIRA or MTM)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
