As a Senior or Principal Project Manager, you will be providing client-side project management support during all stages of the project delivery lifecycle from option studies, design phases, construction tender support through to contract administration.

You will be working in a friendly, multi-discipline environment within a motivated team who are passionate about successfully delivering local and national projects. Our client-centric approach ensures that we collaborate closely with clients and in their best interests, to deliver innovative and cutting-edge solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, building science or similar project management qualification
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in vertical construction delivery
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, schedule and within client parameters
• Proven background in developing long term business relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to confidently manage projects worth $25m+ in capital value
• Strong knowledge of construction timeframes and methods
• Strong commitment to safety and understanding of OH&S best practice and obligations
• Whilst not essential, ideally you will have strength or fluency in Te Reo or a desire to build on your current knowledge
