How you’ll make a difference
- Active participation in business and strategic planning activities
- Lead the delivery of projects and the development of leading-edge technical skills
- Mentor team members in their development, facilitate opportunities that build competency, and assisting with professional accreditation where appropriate.
- Undertake design management roles for multidisciplinary projects

- HV substation design experience including IEC61850 configuration
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-discipline projects
- Mentoring team members in their development, facilitating opportunities that build competency
- Optimism for what’s possible, with the ability to lead through ambiguity
