How you’ll make a difference
- Manage document uploads, registrations, and distribution, ensuring all site team members are inducted and have the correct access.
- Maintain, update, and revise project documents in the document management system, ensuring accurate records and version control.
- Support site engineers with basic technical and site-related tasks as skills develop, with training provided.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across regions, time zones, and cultures, communicating clearly to build relationships, encourage feedback, and support teamwork across Australia, New Zealand, and globally.

- More than 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with staff and suppliers.
- Working knowledge of the MS Office suite and the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work.
- Consistently completes tasks on time, demonstrating reliability, productivity, and attention to detail.
