Purpose of the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Supply Chain Project Coordinator to join us full-time within our brand new, purpose built Global Head Office in Collingwood.

As part of the Supply Chain Projects and Strategy team, the Supply Chain Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading the coordination and facilitation of multiple supply chain initiatives, managing projects across the entire supply chain function, including logistics, planning, manufacturing, technical and quality, looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the board.

In this role, you will provide oversight and governance on product changes allocated by the Supply Chain Project Delivery Manager, defining scope and resource requirements, manage timelines, whilst engaging and managing the appropriate stakeholders on delivery timing and risks.

Examples of what your day might look like:

  • Be responsible for leading the coordination and facilitation of operational projects under the supervision of the Project Delivery Manager, including clear communication of requirements for the various cross functional teams.

  • Drive delivery of project timelines, including tracking key project milestones through project management software (monday.com), adhering to Aesop’s Stage & Gate governance model, preparing Project Briefs and Pre-read materials (and other materials as needed) for relevant gate meetings.

  • Under the direction of the Project Delivery Manager, establish scope and objectives, and define required resources (people, process and funding) of allocated Supply Chain based projects.

  • Create and manage timelines for delivery of projects, using the existing frameworks, ensuring high adherence to milestones and goals.

  • Ensure that suitable risk assessment & contingency planning takes place and is communicated and agreed upon by all stakeholders and is acted upon as necessary to keep the projects on track.

What we are looking for

  • Project management/delivery experience

  • Ideally functional experience in Supply Chain (either planning, logistics, quality, manufacturing or R&D)

  • Someone who is organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects

  • Influencing skills / stakeholder management skillset

  • Strong process / workflow skills

  • An exceptional communicator, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholder groups

  • Above all, a passion for all things Supply Chain
