Required Experience

  • Experience as a Facial Therapists in a reputable beauty salon, facial studio or day spa

  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Cert. IV

  • Experience and confidence in achieving retail targets. Meeting KPIs

  • Meticulous attention to detail and appreciation of how Aesop’s exact protocols serve to deliver a unique Aesop experience

  • Ability to create and maintain relationships to encourage repeat Guests, building a solid return Guest base
