Required Experience
Experience as a Facial Therapists in a reputable beauty salon, facial studio or day spa
Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Cert. IV (Qualification must be provided)
Experience and confidence in achieving retail targets. Meeting KPIs
Meticulous attention to detail and appreciation of how Aesop’s exact protocols serve to deliver a unique Aesop experience
Ability to create and maintain relationships to encourage repeat Guests, building a solid return Guest base
This is a Full Time position, 12 month opportunity until January 2026, with an on-site working pattern of Tuesday - Saturday.
The roster is as follows;
Tuesday - Friday 9:45am - 6:15pm
Saturday 9:45am - 5:15pm
38 hours per week
