Now, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our teams across Sydney based in our CBD office!

As the Operations Manager, your role is paramount to our success, and will cover the following: 
  • Client Operations and Account Management: Take charge of the operations and account management for various prestigious clients, ensuring seamless delivery of our services. 
  • Leadership Development: Inspire and cultivate the growth of our senior leaders, aka Housekeeping Managers, through effective development, training, and coaching. 
  • Detail-Driven Excellence: Bring your passion for detail, quality, compliance, and health and safety practices, ensuring they align with the high standards set by ahs hospitality and our esteemed clients. 
  • Financial Mastery: Exercise full control over your region's budget and monthly P&L, showcasing your financial acumen.
