About the role

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Workforce Planning Specialist to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the General Manager of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for managing organisation-wide capability frameworks, identifying future capability gaps, analysing workforce data and forecasting future talent needs. This role will also be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent management strategies and partnering with the broader team to build career pathways to meet our future business requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse historical and current workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with business leaders and People & Culture team to understand their staffing requirements and align workforce plans with organisational goals
  • Work closely with leaders to understand skill requirements and identify potential gaps
  • Conduct scenario analysis to anticipate and plan for various business scenarios, such as expansions, contractions, or changes in project scope
  • Develop and maintain workforce planning dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to HR and senior management

Your experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field
  • Experience in a Human Resources or Learning & Development Partnering role
  • Considerable experience in workforce planning, data analysis, human resources or a related field
  • Curious mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly developed in stakeholder engagement and management with the ability to influence
