About the role:

We have positions available in our West Coast Customer Support teams. After attending our comprehensive paid training program you will be providing exceptional customer service over the phone and online, whilst demonstrating the value of the Alinta Energy brand to our customers.
You will be working at a full time, ongoing capacity with the flexibility to work a rotating roster in the hybrid model from both our modern offices and from your home.
Hours of Operation: Our West Coast team work a refined rotating roster of 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional half day on Saturday (8:00am-12:00pm) from home.
In this role, you’ll be :
- Handling incoming customer calls and online enquiries, providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Delivering on KPIs and targets relating to sales, responsiveness, quality, and customer excellence
- Owning customer queries, delivering a first call resolution and highlighting potential repeat call drivers
- Demonstrating the value of the Alinta Energy brand and services at every customer interaction
