The Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for a Configuration Coordinator to join our Fleet Maintenance team on our dynamic and growing QNGR project. Based at the Wulkuraka Maintenance Facility near Ipswich, you will be reporting to the Engineering Manager and will primarily be responsible for ensuring that assets are tracked and maintained in the in appropriate systems and that stakeholders follow the correct processes.

You will also be responsible for;

  • Maintaining the list of assets in the relevant systems.
  • Tracking modifications to the assets.
  • Arranging serial number audits.
  • Ensuring the correct processes are followed in the operation.
  • Working closely with the operation to ensure all changes and asset moves are captured.

To be successful in the role, you will have;

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An inquisitive nature and be proactive in investigating discrepancies.
  • Experience using systems to track assets/data (Maximo preferred).
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
