If you’re ambitious, driven and team-spirited, this is your opportunity to build a career as Site Coordinator and based in Perth, WA and are looking for an 8 days on and 6 days roster working in Port Hedland for an 12 month contract.

The Site Coordinator will assist the Installation activities for the project, including those executed by subcontractors, working alongside the Site Manager and the T&C Manager and on site teams, to ensure that all installation activities are completed with expected quality of work and in compliance with the Project Schedule, Project Design documentation and that Company processes and standards have been applied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the purchasing process for all activities for site activities in Port Hedland.
  • Schedule, coordinate and execute daily job requirements.
  • Generate and manage reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Databases must be updated and as maintained daily to a high level.
  • Compliance with project and legislation requirements.
  • Ensuring flights and accommodation are maintained for all site personnel and visitors.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Engineer degree level or equivalent education or experiences

  • Experience and knowledge and experience in the areas of large scale projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills including ability to interface with suppliers, customers, partners and internal stakeholders
  • Must have good communication skills as liaising with staff, contractors and clients is essential.
  • Microsoft Office experience - especially Excel
