Your future role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join our team responsible for the maintenance of the NGR fleet of trains. Based at our maintenance facility in Wulkuraka, you will support all aspects of the operation with a diverse range of administrative tasks.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring office/kitchen supplies are stocked and managed.
  • Assisting in organizing events for the site.
  • Managing purchase requests and purchase orders.
  • Supporting payroll administration.
  • Collating of reports and presentations.
  • Document control – coordinating project documentation.
  • General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks.

  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage your time effectively.

  • Administrative experience in a similar role/operation.
  • Document controlling experience will be highly regarded.
