Supply Chain Manager - QLD

Your future role
We have an opportunity available for a transformational change leader to join us as our Supply Chain Manager, responsible for our QLD Service/Maintenance operations. These operations are fast-paced, dynamic maintenance facilities, with the primary locations being Wulkuraka and Southport. This is a key leadership position where you will be responsible for leading a team to manage and continuously improve our end-to-end supply chain for this critical part of our organization. Ideally you will be based at Wulkuraka, with a weekly visit to Southport.
We’ll look to you for:
- Leading, developing and managing teams across multiple locations.
- Developing a positive team culture that embraces compliance, continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration.
- Establishing and developing key performance metrics for supply chain.
- Developing policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety of delivery.
- Managing inventory supply and forecasting, driving towards best practice inventory planning and management.
- Managing the relationships and performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Building strong collaborative relationships with key functional areas of the operations.
