That’s why we have Amex Flex, our enterprise working model that provides greater flexibility to colleagues while ensuring we preserve the important aspects of our unique in-person culture. Depending on role and business needs, colleagues will either work onsite, in a hybrid model (combination of in-office and virtual days) or fully virtually.
Who are we?
American Express is one of the most recognised brands on the planet. Since its early beginning as a freight forwarding company in 1850, change has been the only constant in its 150+ year history. American Express has literally seen and been it all. We practically invented the traveller’s cheque; we made credit cards cool and travelling easy. And all along the way one thing has remained our constant and singular focus –providing the world’s best customer experience every day.
We are an inclusive workplace with collaboration at our heart, committed to serving the communities in which we live and work. As much as we are driven to win, we strongly believe in winning the right way.
The current moment sees financial services and payments in a state of intense disruption, innovation and competition. Driven by new technology, the regulatory environment struggles to keep pace. We need people who can help our business teams get in front of the commercial, legal and regulatory change that typifies this moment. There has never been a better time to be a lawyer at American Express.
