How will you make an impact in this role?
Centurion Relationship Managers curate luxury travel and lifestyle experiences for our Centurion Members.
Centurion Membership offers Card Members access to a world few will ever experience. Our Centurion Members have a dedicated Relationship Manager, someone who can personalise features and benefits to deliver the finest experiences.
Responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager, you will:
- Engage deeply with Centurion Members, building strong relationships by understanding their preferences and exceeding expectations
- Curate and plan luxurious travel experiences, secure the finest dining options, and provide access to the most exclusive events
- Research and stay informed about luxury trends, destinations, and lifestyle offerings to deliver exceptional service
- Anticipate and personalise solutions to maximise the value of Centurion Membership for each Member
- Serve as the single point of contact for American Express, supporting requests related to the operation of the Card, from Card Servicing enquiries to queries involving other areas of the enterprise
- Achieve key performance indicators while fostering loyalty and driving profitability
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will be:
- An experienced Travel Agent/Consultant with extensive knowledge of the retail travel industry
- Skilled in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), ideally Sabre
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in every interaction and booking
