About the role
Amplitude Energy is seeking an experienced Technical Assistant and Office Administrator to play a key role in supporting Well delivery activities (60–70%) while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our small Perth office. You will be a central point of coordination across technical teams and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support wells projects through reporting, data analysis and coordination
- Assist with technical documentation and performance tracking
- Maintain schedules, cost tracking and SAP activities
- Coordinate risk reviews, reporting and project updates
- Manage reception and be the first point of contact for visitors
- Keep the office running smoothly – meetings, events, supplies and facilities
- Provide administrative support across the business, including onboarding and travel
About you
- Experienced in technical support, project coordination or administration
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP or similar systems
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional, proactive and great with people
