Opportunity on offer:
We are putting out an Expression of Interest for highly motivated graduates to join an exciting 2-year Graduate program. Degrees of interest for our QLD opportunities will be in the following areas of the business.
- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process and Chemical) these positions will be onsite at Lytton Refinery.
- Human Resources and Business/Commerce degrees will be welcomed for our Fortitude Valley or Lytton locations.
During the program, you will complete 6-month rotations with our leaders being able to give strong technical knowledge, cross-functional experience and a commercial focus to drive our business forward. Our leaders take pride in passing their knowledge and experience on to the next generation of leaders which could be you and will actively get to know you both personally and professionally.
The 2024 graduate program will commence in February 2024 and will be based in either Fortitude Valley or Lytton. Our graduate program has a guaranteed permanent opportunity upon completion of the program.
About You:
To be successful, you will be entering your final year of study in 2023, or within two years of graduating and will be available to commence full-time employment in 2024. We are looking for individuals who showcase strong communication skills and have an outstanding approach to customer service and enjoy working in a team environment. You will have excellent academic results, as well as a passion for solving complex problems and being curious and eager to develop your career.
