Our focus on gender equality

Our leading BabyCare initiative has led to an increase in the number of women successfully transitioning back to work and developing their careers after having a baby. We have maintained a return rate of close to 100%. The BabyCare package, one of the first of its kind in Australia, is just one of many initiatives that contributed to Ampol's recognition as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality.
