About the role
In this role you will be responsible for implementing processes to maximise customer value and profitability. This role will be the liaison between the CRM, the business and the platform Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.
You will be joining the Future Energy department in their ambition to meet the ongoing needs of our customers and deliver an energy offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communications via Dynamics Marketing and other CRM platforms
- Build and code in HTML/CSS, deploy and track campaign performance via reports along with dashboards
- Segment and leverage the database for efficient and effective campaign targeting; generates and implements test plans, including A/B multi-variant testing
- Act as the superuser for campaign creation, management and execution elements of the system across all messaging types
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
About you
You will be a strategic thinker with a commercial and analytical mindset. You will have the ability to simplify technical jargon to support the business. Strong communications, collaboration and stakeholder and partner management skills.
Key skills and experience
- Degree in marketing, commercial, or business field and/or extensive CRM systems management and configuration experience
- 3+ years of experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns using marketing cloud platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics Marketing, Marketo or Adobe Campaign. Dynamics experience would be highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge and implementation of testing protocols and coding in HTML and CSS
- Experiencing in working with technical teams across payloads/JSON files is desirable.
- Understanding of or experience within the Australia energy sector.
